Donna led the Uptown Dallas Association as their Executive Director and directed the marketing of the Uptown Public Improvement District. During her five year tenure from May 2001 to May 2006, with the support of the business community she was able to accomplish the following:

• Re-branded the image of the neighborhood Uptown Dallas through an aggressive marketing campaign, collateral development and web site redesign.
• Reorganized the business association and increased membership by 3,l8l %
• Developed an email newsletter marketing campaign and customer base - a first from a Dallas Entertainment District.
• Increased traffic to the web site by 51,428 %
• Media relationships generated media exposure valued at more than 6 million dollars.
• Generated several hundred thousand in sponsorship dollars for events, collateral through several generations and the web site.
• Successfully promoted travel and tourism into Uptown by working closely with various non-profit organizations.
• Developed long and short term events for the membership as well as the public.

An expert in local business community relations, she continues to work closely with the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Greater Dallas Restaurant Association and is a member of various local and neighborhood organizations.

Prior to her work with Uptown, she co-owned a private investigation company for 15 years and understands the heart and passion of the small business owner.

A native Dallasite, Donna graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas.
